COVID-19 K�resel Salg�n S�recinde Uzaktan E�itim Yoluyla �nt�rnl�k Uygulamas� Yapan Hem�irelik ��rencilerinin Mesleki Yetkinlik Alg�lar� ve �li�kili Etmenlerin �ncelenmesi

Ama�: Bu �al��mada, COVID-19 k�resel salg�n s�recinde uzaktan e�itim yoluyla int�rnl�k uygulamas�n� tamamlayan hem�irelik son s�n�f ��rencilerinin mesleki yetkinliklerine ili�kin �z-de�erlendirmelerini ve etkileyen etmenleri belirlemek ama�lanm��t�r.
Gere� ve Y�ntem: Tan�mlay�c� ve kesitsel tipteki ara�t�rma, 2019-2020 bahar yar�y�l�nda, bir �niversitenin sa�l�k bilimleri fak�ltesi hem�irelik b�l�m� d�rd�nc� s�n�f�nda okuyan 75 g�n�ll� ��renci ile yap�lm��t�r. Veriler �Tan�t�c� Bilgi Formu� ve �Hem�irelik ��rencileri Yetkinlik �l�e�i� kullan�larak toplanm��t�r. Veri analizinde tan�mlay�c� istatistikler ile parametrik olmayan testlerden �Mann-Whitney U ve Kruskal-Wallis H� testleri kullan�lm��t�r.
Bulgular: ��rencilerin Hem�irelik ��rencileri Yetkinlik �l�e�i toplam puan ortalamas�n�n 261,8 (SS=26,9) oldu�u, alt boyut puanlar�na g�re en y�ksek puan ortalamas�n�n 6,58 (SS=0,58) etik ve sorumluluk alt boyutuna, en d��k puan ortalamas�n�n 4,92 (SS=1,18) ile klinik biyomedikal bilim alt boyutuna ait oldu�u belirlenmi�tir. Cinsiyet, ya�, mezun olunan lise, aile gelir d�zeyi, akademik ortalama gibi baz� tan�mlay�c� �zellikler ile �l�ek toplam ve alt boyut puanlar� aras�nda anlaml� farkl�l�k oldu�u saptanm��t�r (p<0,05).
Sonu�: Uzaktan e�itim yoluyla yap�lan int�rnl�k uygulamas� sonras�nda ��rencilerin mesleki yetkinliklerini iyi d�zeyde g�rd�kleri, de�erlendirmelerinde uygun ve tutarl� olduklar� belirlenmi�tir. Ayr�ca mesle�i sevme, isteyerek se�me, mesleki deneyim ve akademik ba�ar� gibi durumlar�n ��rencilerin mesleki yetkinlik alg�lar�n� etkiledi�i saptanm��t�r.

Investigation of Professional Competence Perceptions and Related Factors of Nursing Students Who Made Internship Through Distance Education During the COVID-19 Pandemic Process

Aim: This study was conducted to examine the self-assessments of senior nursing students who completed their internship through distance education in the first period of the COVID-19 Pandemic, regarding their professional competencies, and the factors affecting these evaluations.
Method: This descriptive and cross-sectional study was conducted with 75 students studying in the fourth year in the faculty of health sciences, nursing department of a university in the spring semester of 2019-2020. The data collected through �Introductory Information Form� and ''The Competency Inventory of Nursing Students''. Descriptive tests, Mann-Whitney U and Kruskal-Wallis tests were used in the analyses.
Results: It was determined that Nursing Students Competency Scale total score mean was 261.8 (SD=26.9), the highest mean score was 6.58 (SD=0.58) in the ethics and responsibility sub-dimension, and the lowest mean score was 4.92 (SD=1.18) in the clinical biomedical science sub-dimension. It was determined that there was a significant difference between some demographic characteristics such as gender, age, graduated high school, family income level, academic average and scale total and sub-dimension scores (p<0.05).
Conclusion: At the end of the internship through distance education, it has been determined that students see their professional competencies at a good level, and they are reasonable and consistent in their evaluations. In addition, it has been determined that situations such as job enjoyment, choosing the profession willingly, professional experience and academic performance affect the perception of professional competence.
